CallingPost gets warnings out - fast

Challenge: How to rapidly alert a subdivision of 200 homes about a series of break-ins during the holidays.

Solution: The break-ins all occurred on the same day between the hours of noon and 2 PM. By 4 PM, the neighborhood watch coordinator was able to send a CallingPost message to all of the neighbors alerting them of the situation and to be on the lookout!

Benefit: Within minutes the coordinator received at least ten tips from neighbors who had seen something suspicious which allowed for follow up and substantive information concerning the break-ins.

Thanks to CallingPost the neighborhood indicated they felt safer because they were informed so quickly.

"In the past as the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator for my neighborhood, I've successfully used CallingPost to deliver timely messages to our 36 Block Captains. Recently I was elected President of our Association and have found that CallingPost is also an effective means of communicating with the 14 Board Members concerning upcoming meetings, hot issues, neighborhood incidents, deaths, etc.

"On one occasion, I needed to get quick Board approval for a proposed course of action in order to qualify for a grant. Not all of our Board members have e-mail access, but, thanks to CallingPost, we were able to get the necessary approvals that enabled us to qualify for the grant we were seeking."
