A new tool that will chop down the proverbial calling tree

Challenge: How to reduce confusion by relaying information that ensures everyone is getting the same message.

Solution: Now, with Calling Post, this scout leader knows that everyone gets exactly the same message. Especially, after this group had been using a calling tree--one person makes the call, the next one calls the next on the list, etc.--it was so confusing! And information was always getting lost and/or misinterpreted (Just think of the old school game - TELEPHONE)

Benefit: The same information is now received by everyone in a timely and efficient manner. CallingPost has really made this scout leader's life so much easier! Before an outing, this leader can remind all the girls as to what to bring, where to meet, etc. which eliminates confusion and saves everyone time!

"I live in a suburb outside of Chicago and last year I had to go out of town and another Mom had the responsibility of running the meeting. She called the night before I left and said that an icy snow storm was forecast and she needed to cancel the meeting but could not locate her roster of the 22 girls in our Scout troop. No problem...I sent a CallingPost message to the girls and everyone was relieved that the meeting had been canceled and a dangerous drive was avoided."
