One call solves tight and conflicting schedules

Challenge: How to provide timely information to 1,400 church families involved in multiple programs, events, and education classes, many of them going on simultaneously.

Solution: This Augusta, Georgia church uses CallingPost to let their busy parishioners instantly know of announcements, reminders, or program changes.

Benefit: Faster than email, less expensive than snail mail, and with immediate delivery, the Administrative Assistant can easily remind several different family groups about different programs happening on the same day or in the same week, all in a matter of minutes!!

"CallingPost is a HUGE lifesaver! And boy, do I LOVE Calling Post! I have two fulltime jobs and I HATE to make phone calls, but I also direct two hand bell choirs. Occasionally we have to make changes close to performance or rehearsal time and I simply make one phone call. In fact, my adult choir requests that I send a CallingPost reminder. Thanks so much for filling my need."
