Like a lot of people, I
resolved to get organized this year. And while I still
haven’t found all my receipts for tax time, I've
streamlined communications with my
Scout troop, soccer team, and all the church ministries
I work with, thanks to CallingPost. All I had to do was
import my current lists, and record a message for each
group. I even scheduled callouts for each week to let
everyone know when it was their group’s turn to do the
lawn care, or serve as ushers or nursery workers.

Communications is Key
We receive hundreds of thank-you letters
from users with awesome success stories. They encourage
our staff in providing and improving CallingPost. Like
the success story above, they often note how they use
CallingPost to better ‘organize’ their communications –
and thus their lives. It always comes back to me how
communications is at the heart of all we do. Good ideas
and intentions that aren’t communicated can be wasted
time and missed opportunities. Make sure your efforts in
coming up with new ideas and planning for them are not
wasted. Get others on board in helping you follow
through by communicating with them. While an idea is
still hot is a good time to communicate it to others. A
quick personal message with excitement, energy and voice
inflection can be ‘priceless’ in motivating others to
join you in making the idea become reality. And by the
way, Happy New Year.
Tom had this problem of
getting up late in the morning and was always late for
work. His boss was mad at him and threatened to fire him
if he didn't do something about it. So Tom went to his
doctor who gave him a pill and told him to take it
before he went to bed. Tom slept well and in fact beat
the alarm in the morning by almost two hours. He had a
leisurely breakfast and drove cheerfully to work.
"Boss", he said, " The pill actually worked!"
"That's all fine" said the boss,” But where were you
yesterday?"
